As a Support Engineer , you are the first and second point of contact for our customers. You work with modern technology and enjoy getting to the bottom of how something works or why something doesn’t work. You think along with customers and colleagues from the engineering team, provide input for testing and product management, and contribute to making our products better every day.

You provide remote support, analyse complex problems, think systematically and switch smoothly between content, technology and communication.

• 💬 Answering technical customer questions remotely.
• 🔍 Performing problem analyses and root cause analysis.
• 🔧 Supporting the engineering team and possibly system management.
• 🔄 Providing input for testing policy and product improvement.

Experience in the above topics is an advantage, but not necessary.

You are curious, analytical and get energy from unravelling technical puzzles. You think logically, work independently and have a good feeling for software and systems. You always ask the question behind the question: why doesn’t it work, and what has changed?

You have:

• Completed a college or university education (or similar level of thinking).
• Affinity or experience with IT systems, data, databases and web applications.
• A systematic, problem-solving and fast way of thinking.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English (fluent) and in Dutch (basic).
• Self-organization and initiative – you get moving as soon as something is going on.
• The ambition to become a specialist.

A good salary (€ 3000 to € 5000 based on full-time, depending on experience).
